( a bad habit ) ➽ Ugh I have way too many of these… I had a phase where I bit/chewed on my nails a lot when I was nervous, which I guess is pretty common, but I phased out of that and instead developed a habit of biting my bottom lip until the skin basically breaks… it’s pretty gross… also I pull out hairs along my hairline one at a time. Horrible, horrible habits.
